We stock most items in our catalog. If the item is not in stock, we can special order from our factory. All special orders require a 50% deposit, with balance due on delivery.

There is a $50 minimum order for UPS or Parcel Post. Shipments costs are at standard shipping rates. We ship most in-stock items within 2 business days. Equipment requiring delivery and set-in-place by our personnel is subject to additional charges.

All merchandise shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. For truck line deliveries, note any damage or shortages on the freight bill before you sign it.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A dated sales receipt is required. Item must be returned in original packaging with all components. Item will be inspected prior to the issue of credit. All returns subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus freight.
